Purple Frog provide student lettings and property management across Birmingham, Bristol, Bath and Nottingham.

The brief

We we’re tasked with refreshing the Purple Frog online presence. Focusing on giving students all the tools they need to find their perfect property and the ability to share the properties across social media and popular messenger apps.

The results

  • Website traffic has doubled in 12 months
  • Bounce rate reduced from 17% to 5%

Search and share

The Purple Frog site was designed and built with one function in mind, Search. We wanted to allow the students to search, sort and filter properties by things they actually cared about. So on the site you can sort by the distance to a particular University, narrow the results by drawing an area on a map and filter the results by a feature of the property.

The search results are then easily sharable via email, print, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp to fellow students. Who then drive even more traffic back to the site.

We are always wanting to put our customer experience and journey first and Class understood this brief fully in their design and delivery. The search functionality is cutting edge and allows users to really hone down their requirements and find their perfect match. Good communication and deadlines were always met.
