Class have been hired by global M&A company Mergers Alliance to redevelop their website and app.
Established in 2012, Mergers Alliance is a global partnership of award winning corporate finance specialists who provide high quality advice to organisations who require international reach for their M&A strategies. Mergers Alliance focus on local and international deals up to US$500 million in value across a wide range of sectors. Their partner firms have collectively completed over 800 deals, in 30 countries worldwide with an aggregate value of over US$40.2 billion.
The project will see Class redevelop the Mergers website and MAIS technology platform. MAIS allows partner members to connect, create and share Opportunities, MADDs and Industry intelligence. As part of the relationship Class will provide on-going development support and maintenance.
The Mergers Alliance win follows recent international account wins for eToro, Intu plc and Lekela.
