Class design a frictionless signup process for Tickd

Small business energy provider Tickd have partnered up with Class to redevelop their customer onboarding journey. Launched in 2020, Tickd provides a simple, effective tool that makes life infinitely easier for small business owners to find an energy supplier.


The new onboarding journey has been simplified and doesn’t require users to provide lots of unnecessary information. The minimal design makes the signup process smooth and quick – there’s only three questions on each stage, and only two stages to complete. Users can focus on answering one question at a time instead of getting overwhelmed by a lengthy form with multiple fields to complete. In less than three minutes,
Tickd users are on their way to finding a cheaper energy supplier.

The new tool has also opened up additional revenue opportunities for Tickd through a white-labelled delivery model for individual suppliers. Tickd quote builder will be rebranded and licensed on a subscription basis.
