Apprentice Diary – December

It’s hard to believe that I have been here for a whole month because time passes so quickly here on the 6th floor. Situated right in the middle of Birmingham, this office and company is all I could have asked for as an apprentice.

The pace of work which I am given from the management team is perfect for my apprenticeship. Projects are varied helping me to develop my abilities as a creative person by trying new things. I have been involved in client work ranging from photo manipulation in Photoshop to more responsible tasks like redesigning layouts and website UI. In addition to the digital work I’ve also got involved with print projects and brochure design. After these taster projects I’m really looking forward towards designing my first major project in the months to come.

I could selfishly describe Class Creative as a catalyst to jump start my career in the digital media industry, however it’s a lot more than that. From what I’ve seen in my first month – Class Creative is a well orchestrated, small but extremely capable machine that’s pumping out top notch content to a huge variety of clients of which the list seems to never end!

It’s the perfect, warm nest for any creative hatchling out there.
